The configured ASA integration receives reservation data, room inventory and rates through their dedicated data flows. Categories and rates are mapped to your hotel. During setup we check which proposal, confirmation and cancellation data is returned. This does not add the transfer of deposits or stay accounting to ASA.
Apaleo: verified workflows in a limited pilot
The Apaleo connection has been verified with an approved test hotel: synchronising reservations, prices and availability, as well as booking, stay changes and cancellation. The pilot is not a general release for customer hotels. Tourist taxes and additional fees in new proposals, corporate rates, specific room assignment and payment processing are not fully supported. We clarify the required scope before setup.
Website and email complement your PMS
Website enquiries can arrive through a separately configured connection. Emails are delivered through your hotel’s configured sending service. These channels are checked independently of the PMS integration. If you use other hotel software, we first discuss the data and workflows you need. An enquiry alone does not activate a connection or confirm compatibility.
Common questions about this solution
Does StaySend only work with ASA HOTEL?
No. Alongside the configured ASA integration, there is a limited Apaleo pilot. Website enquiries and email have their own connections. We assess other PMS systems individually and confirm the available features before setup.
Is Apaleo already available for every hotel?
Not yet. Current approval covers the verified test hotel. We assess the features your hotel needs and the remaining limitations separately. Use the contact form to enquire about your requirements.
