Editing a template

  1. Open the appropriate template and language or prepare a new template for the desired email type.
  2. Edit layout, text, image and button blocks in the visual editor.
  3. Insert guest, stay and offer variables using the provided tools.
  4. Use images and reusable text from your libraries.
  5. Check the rendered preview with suitable booking data and save your changes.

AI and languages

Content AI can help with wording, shortening, improving and translating. Check names, terms, prices and complete language versions before saving. Content AI is separate from the fact-based hotel knowledge AI.

Template content is maintained in German, Italian and English independently of the interface language. Switching interface language does not translate or overwrite a draft. Review each new content translation before using it.

Checking the display

Email clients render HTML differently. Check representative messages in Outlook and Gmail and on a smartphone. Missing booking variables may remain empty; use a record containing the actual required details for testing.
