Before creating an offer

A reliable offer requires complete guest and travel details, available rooms, suitable prices and a template in the desired language. Rooms, meal plans and extra services must match the configured rules.

Preparing an offer

  1. Select the guest or enter the required guest details.
  2. Add the period, adults, children and their ages, and the desired rooms or offer alternatives.
  3. Select the rate, meal plan and extra services and review the availability check.
  4. Open the preview and check rooms, dates, occupancy, price items, tourist tax, deposit and terms.
  5. Check the recipient and language and deliberately initiate the required send. Then check the outbox.

Saved offer snapshot

StaySend saves a snapshot of the offer that can be confirmed. The public offer link uses this snapshot. New prices or rules do not retrospectively change an existing offer.

Each offer alternative has its own reference. Use the valid link for the desired alternative. Online confirmation does not mean that a booking is automatically written back to every PMS.
