Reusable text
Text blocks are suitable for greetings, hotel information, terms and recurring offer descriptions. Maintain the required languages and check which templates use a changed block. Offer descriptions may be mapped to the relevant PMS rate code.
Using images
- Upload hotel images to the image library and organise them appropriately.
- Select the logo, room and content images in the relevant template or room category.
- Use suitable alternative text and check the display in the preview.
- After changing an image, check the affected templates and chat views.
Documents and existing emails
Documents are managed in the document library and used through the provided features. A custom guest domain does not turn PDF attachments into freely accessible public documents.
Changes in the library cannot fully edit emails that have already been delivered. Check the newly generated version before the next send.
Hide text blocks for your own view
- Choose Hide on the desired text block. The selection applies to its code and therefore to its language variants.
- Enable “Show hidden blocks” to find hidden entries. Choose “Show again” to return them to the normal selection.
