Preparing campaigns and audiences

The optional Campaign Center with language versions and separate channels.

Where to find this feature: Campaigns

Activation and use

The Campaign Center is an optional module. The implemented draft, audience and sending workflows require separate operational approval. A visible interface is not blanket approval to send to real audiences.

Preparing a campaign

  1. Review contacts and their channel-specific consent.
  2. Choose email and/or WhatsApp and narrow the audience, for example by language or stay.
  3. Assign suitable content for each target language and an approved template for WhatsApp.
  4. Link placeholders to real data sources and check the preview.
  5. Check exclusion reasons, recipient count, quota and estimated sending duration.
  6. After operational approval, perform a real test send to an internal destination and only then explicitly confirm sending.

After launch

Content and audience are fixed when the campaign is launched or scheduled. The content can no longer be edited afterwards; use the copy function for a new version. Pausing, resuming and cancelling follow the current campaign status.

Current consent and blocks are checked again before actual delivery. As a result, fewer messages may be sent than were originally included in the audience.
