Opening the overview
- Select the conversation you want in the messenger.
- Open Guest and travel details.
- Review contact details, the last, current or next recorded stay and existing offers.
- Show more history entries or refresh the overview if needed.
What the numbers mean
Stays and overnight stays refer to saved booking data that has been reliably matched. Nights are stay nights, not person-nights or room-nights. Enquiries, options, cancellations and unclear booking statuses do not count as confirmed stays.
Guest since refers to the first known past stay. A current stay is derived from booking data and does not confirm an actual check-in. Missing or incomplete data cannot be reconstructed.
Why history may be missing
A matching email address alone is not enough for a reliable match if names conflict or are incomplete. Conflicts prevent unrelated or uncertain history from being displayed. Review the contact link; do not merge guests just because they share a surname.
Offer links and sending
Cards show existing offer statuses and the separate email delivery status. Only valid links belonging to the relevant offer alternative are provided. Opening the overview does not create a new offer or email.
