Room structure
Room categories group names, descriptions and images in the required languages. Individual rooms and their capacities must match actual occupancy. Check the mapping to the PMS categories in use.
Setting up pricing rules
- Maintain base prices for all offered periods. The price per person and price per accommodation unit are added when both are entered; set the unused amount to 0.
- Check rates and meal plans. In the local offer flow, meal-plan differences are applied to the base price through the corresponding extra services.
- Add child and additional-person rules with age limits.
- Set minimum stays and permitted arrival and departure days.
- Check surcharges, discounts, extras, tourist tax and rounding, and calculate a representative stay in the offer preview.
Typical reasons for a blocked calculation
- A price or inventory value is missing for individual nights.
- Occupancy does not match room capacity.
- Minimum-stay or arrival/departure rules are violated.
- An inventory import failed or a category was mapped incorrectly.
