Work areas
- Templates and media: email and WhatsApp templates, text blocks, images and documents.
- Offers and sending: offer creation, guests and contacts, outbox and sending history.
- Messages: a shared messenger for the enabled conversation channels.
- Bookings: received PMS data and import monitoring.
- Reports: sending, responses and offer development.
- Hotel settings: hotel profile, rooms, prices, hotel knowledge and website chat.
A section is not displayed
PMS, campaigns, WhatsApp, hotel knowledge and website chat are separate modules. Setting up technical access does not automatically enable a module. Administration is displayed according to your role.
- Check that you are signed in to the correct hotel account.
- Check the agreed modules with your administrator.
- After activation, bring the browser window back into focus or reload the page.
Public help and hotel account
This documentation is available without signing in. Hotel, guest and conversation data remain in the protected account. Help does not enable features or perform actions in the hotel account.
